Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing a high demand for products and are working closely with Royal Mail and our carriers to get your orders to you.  We apologise for any delay, please bear with us during this time.



All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.


We do our best to work within these timings however, due to issues out of our control, delays occasionally occur.

Large Orders

Large volume orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.  This will be discussed with you following placement of the order and before the items have been dispatched.

Failed Delivery 

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us within 60 days of placing your order by email: If you contact us outside this time frame, we will be unable to track your order.

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Care Connect PPE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


If your order value is below £75 and weighs less than 3kg and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail.

If your order value exceeds £75, weighs over 3kg or contains any large items and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be dispatched with Parcel Force.



Care Connect PPE wants you to receive your order in the way we would expect to receive it. However, Care Connect PPE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the courier company.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
•    Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
•    Returned items must be in the original, unopened packaging
•    Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

•    Any shipping fees are at the customers expense
